Our services
FBHS provides confidential professional assessment, therapeutic counseling services and medication evaluation and management for a variety of behavioral and emotional problems.
Marital and Relationship counseling:
family conflict, intimacy and sexual issues, anger management, divorce, step-families, LGBT issues, communication problems and premarital problems.
Children and adolescents:
parent-child conflict, anger management, behavior problems, school adjustment, sexual identity problems, single parent issues, adjustment to divorce, Art Therapy, parenting programs and juvenile diversion.
Life Adjustment:
grief, infant loss, post-partum depression, chronic and terminal illness, separation and divorce, aging, spiritual issues, chronic illness, Art Therapy, as well as career and work adjustment problems and mid-life issues.
Anxiety problems:
fears, phobias, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress disorders, as well as obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Addiction:
alcohol and drug: dependency and abuse treatment. (Pt encouraged to use 12 step approaches) sex, love, gambling, smoking, eating disorders.
Pet Loss and Bereavement counseling:
grief, separation, loss of a service animal, lost or stolen pets, stress management for caregivers, terminal illness and the difficult decision of euthanasia.
Educational Services:
learning disabilities, language, school evaluations, career and personality evaluations.
Mood Disorder:
including depression and bi-polar disorder

Abuse/Domestic Violence:
Abuse can be physical, psychological, sexual or verbal.
Crisis Intervention, Critical Incident Debriefing;
Crisis services are offered to businesses on an emergency basis. Emergencies include critical situations such as: Bank robberies, death of an employee, or adjusting to a major lay-off.
Employee Assistance Program;
We provide assessment and referral services to employers who refer employees voluntarily or by mandatory referral.
