Medication Refills

If you are not following your doctor’s treatment plan, or schedule for follow-up appointments. Your prescriptions will not be refilled. 

Patients who are on a controlled substance (Adderall, Concerta, Ritalin, Vyvanse, Klonopin, Ativan, ect) must be seen every 1-3 months depending on your treatment plan set up with your doctor. You will receive your prescriptions at your appointments. 

Any prescription changes must be made at an appointment, if you feel you need a change, please call the office to schedule an appointment. 

If a controlled prescription is lost it will not be refilled until it is due again. 

Prescriptions are only refilled Monday thru Friday 

Please request your refill one week before you are due, to give time for the refill to be processed.

Any medication changes must be done at an appointment with your provider and not over the phone. 

Our office recommends that you schedule your follow up appointments each time you are in to see the provider to make sure you get into the schedule for your next follow up.
